Fenway Cash

The Fenway Card

The Fenway Card is the official identification card of Wentworth Institute of Technology.  It is required for identification, access to essential campus services, and offers a convenient prepaid account – Fenway Cash – for making cashless purchases on and around campus.

The Fenway Card is your key to essential campus facilities and services, including:

Board Plans – Money is placed onto the card for use in the cafeteria, convenience store, Massachusetts College of Art cafeteria, and the Massachusetts Pharmacy coffee shop.  Each time a student purchases a meal, money is deducted.  This flexible meal plan means that students must manage their money according to their own eating habits and budget.

Students living at Evans Way, Tudbury Hall, or Baker Hall are required to purchase a full board plan which is $1,000 per semester.  Students living at other on-campus housing must purchase a board plan for either $1,000, $600 or $200 per semester.

Balances remaining at the end of the fall semester roll over to the spring semester.  There are no refunds or rollovers at the end of the spring semester.  Students may transfer food dollars to another student.

Library – Access your privileges at the Alumni Library or any one of the COF libraries.

Door Access – Swipe your card to enter campus residence halls, administrative buildings and studios.

College of the Fenway (COF) Events – You will need your Fenway Card to gain access to COF events.

Fenway CashMake cashless purchases at campus locations such as the Beatty Bookstore, selected vending machines, the convenience store, and at all campus eateries.  Plus, Fenway Cash is welcomed at popular restaurants and service providers in the Fenway neighborhood and at many locations at the other five COF colleges.
